The 10th Annual Meeting of the Serbian Neurosurgical Society with International Participation will be held at the Hotel Crowne Plaza in Belgrade, Serbia, from October 31-November3, 2024. The topic Pediatric Neurosurgery in the 21st century has been carefully chosen to address the unique and complex issues faced by pediatric neurosurgeons in today's rapidly advancing medical landscape. Under the theme "Challenges and Opportunities," we aim to delve into the various aspects of this specialized branch of neurosurgery that holds immense significance for the well-being of our young patients.Organizing such a prestigious event would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery and the SouthEast Europe Neurosurgical Society. Their partnership will enrich the scientific program and ensure a diverse range of perspectives from experts across the globe. It is our pleasure to welcome you to the fourth EANS Step II Course in Cranial Surgery. The event will be held from 22-25 November 2024 in the training center of Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey.This dissection course is most suitable for neurosurgical residents in their final years of training, complementing the Step I cranial course in Brno and the hands-on course in Lyon.
